Hi there, I guess I am the inspiration behind the creator of this site. I have been riding bikes since I was a small child. Always wanted to learn how to drive one, but one fear or another always got in the way. As I approach "mid-life" I decided that I was going to do it. I talked Ian into signing up and taking the rider safety course with me. It was slow going for me, but like everyone else in our class I passed the test and got my license. I can't say enough about the PV Riders course offered in Westfield, except that I should have taken the course three weeks earlier, but that is a story for another time. I hope you enjoy what we are trying to do with this site and we look forward to hearing from you.

Congrats on this whole thing, we must get together again. Anyway rode right up until the 16th, cool, but not freezing. I was trying to get my first 1000 on the new scoot but the snow is against me. So I hope Santa will bring me some good riding weather and I will be happy.

I hear you on the weather though we snuck out on Sunday. I'll keep going if the temp will hit the high 40's. We put about 6K on the 650 this year and just picked up an 1100 as well. It's going to be on the road in a week or so which means I can ride it somewhere other than on North Loomis! You better believe I'll be out on that as soon as the weather allows.

Hi Ian and Christine,
Nice meeting both of you this evening at the sandwich shop. Oh did I miss riding with you on that ride! There will be many more great roads to share!
